About
Seeing is believing, except when it’s not. Perception and reality go head to head in season 2 of CuriosityStream’s popular original series, Illusions. Uncover the secrets behind a new collection of mind-boggling visual illusions, each one offering a new understanding of how our brains interpret what our eyes see.
Join internationally acclaimed vision scientist Art Shapiro for 3 new episodes, featuring over 30 illusions that show how our brains can struggle to make sense of the world, and how we are forced to accept realities which defy all logic.
In episode 1, Ambiguous Images force our brains to process as many as 3 interpretations of the same exact image. The results can be baffling and astonishing!
In episode 2, Impossible Objects force you to take a closer look and question whether you can truly believe what you see.
And in episode 3, Perspective Games manipulate perspective and challenge our ideas of what is real and what is fake.
